Try before you pay
You can create your first post free, with your Brand Kit set up, before choosing a paid plan.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the paid month. If you ask within 7 days of your first ever payment, we refund that first month in full.
Yearly plans
Yearly plans can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, you keep access until the end of the paid year and the plan does not renew.
What is not refundable
- Ad spend for boosted posts, which is billed by the platform to your own ad account.
- Extra brand add-ons used during a billing period.
- Accounts suspended for breaking the Terms of Service.
How to ask for a refund
Send your request through the contact page using the email on your account. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
